In the past few months, this recipe for Turkish eggs has become a regular part of breakfast at home. It’s easy to make and perfect for busy mornings or relaxing weekends. The dish starts with yogurt mixed with garlic, topped with poached eggs and a flavorful oil made with Aleppo pepper (but butter can also be used). To complete the meal, fresh herbs are added, along with pita bread for dipping. It takes just 20 minutes to prepare and is both quick and filling. Each serving provides a good amount of protein, about 22 grams, thanks to the eggs and yogurt. How do you like to start your mornings?
