Alaska Airlines wrote me a personal note when I updated my name [OC]

I called Alaska Airlines to change my account details because I recently got married and my last name is different now. The agent I spoke with was very friendly and congratulated me. A few days later, I received a handwritten note in the mail! It was a nice surprise. What do you think about this?
