Fans reacted strongly after Kylie Jenner appeared on the runway of the 2026 Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, wearing the brand’s famous Fantasy Bra. The show took place on October 18, with Jenner’s mother, Kris Jenner, and her boyfriend, Timothée Chalamet, proudly watching from the audience. Many fans expressed their disappointment, claiming it was unfair for the lingerie brand to choose Jenner over its established models.
The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show returned to Los Angeles after 19 years, featuring an array of dazzling supermodels, including Gigi and Bella Hadid. Other notable participants included Elsa Hosk, Barbara Palvin, Candice Swanepoel, Ashley Graham, Irina Shayk, and Adriana Lima. Fans were surprised to see Kylie Jenner walk on the runway for the first time, especially since she was wearing the iconic $50 million Fantasy Bra, a highlight of the show that has traditionally been worn by famous supermodels like Heidi Klum and Gisele Bündchen.
Critics felt that allowing Jenner to wear the Fantasy Bra was disrespectful to veteran models. Some fans took to social media to voice their frustrations, with remarks about Jenner’s selection and questioning the show’s choices. The Fantasy Bra, designed by Jacob & Co., featured approximately 4,410 natural diamonds, weighing a total of 1,373.39 carats, including a 75.54-carat yellow diamond.
Victoria’s Secret stated that Jenner was chosen for her considerable following and influence in popular culture. Adam Selman, the chief creative officer of Victoria’s Secret, mentioned that Jenner transcends various areas, including fashion and entertainment.
What do you think about Kylie’s appearance and the selection of models for the show?
