What lessons can we learn about relationships from a seesaw? Or what can a butterfly teach us about growing as individuals? Brazilian cartoonist and illustrator Guilherme Bandeira sees interesting lessons in everyday objects and creatures. His vibrant comics use humor, irony, and sharp insights into human behavior, often conveying surprising messages in just a few panels. Bandeira often begins his illustrations with the phrase “Enquanto isso, em um universo paralelo…” which translates to “Meanwhile, in a parallel universe…” This aptly describes the creative world he portrays, where animals, plants, and common items experience situations that feel oddly relatable. For instance, a caterpillar might explain that change is not always noticeable, while two ladybugs could view the same rose from entirely different angles. His characters offer valuable insights into our own lives. A collection of his comics has been put together, showcasing his unique creativity and humor. Take a moment to explore this imaginative universe and share which illustrations you found the most amusing or thought-provoking. More info: Instagram | guilhermebandeirastore.lojavirtualnuvem.com.br
