A four-week-old kitten was brought to the attention of her rescuers after being discovered clinging to a traffic cone in a busy construction area. This incident occurred on a hot day in Texas. The little kitten appeared to be panting, trembling, and likely frightened. Since her rescue, she has been enjoying a cozy life with her new owners, who provide her with plenty of blankets, pillows, and delicious kitten food. Her name is Chrysanthemum.
