I initially found this idea in a post by u/Timberbeast. I finally decided to try it out for the “Velveting” challenge in r/52weeksofcooking. It turned out to be much tastier than I anticipated. The fudge was wonderfully smooth and had a slight salty flavor, making it hard to believe Velveeta was used. I only prepared half of the recipe since four pounds of sugar is quite a lot, but I plan to make a full batch next time! Here are some additional images. Submitted by /u/HoboToast. What do you think?
