While getting ready to leave for work, a neighbor alerted them to a kitten hiding under their car. When they approached, the kitten cried loudly, which made them feel sad. They picked her up and took her to their driveway, but the kitten fell over, possibly because she had been in an accident. They placed her in a spare dog cage that was used for rescuing birds, and she calmed down and rested until their partner could take her to the vet for a checkup.
Since bringing her home, the kitten has been a wonderful addition to the family. She allows her owner to dress her, bathe her, and even trim her nails and brush her teeth. The kitten comes when called from the backyard and has brought joy to the household and their Jack Russell mix, who needed a playmate since their older dog, who is 14, mostly sleeps.
