Julia, who visited the Four Seasons in Taormina with her mother, always brings her cherished stuffed animal, Rosie. After their enjoyable stay, Rosie accidentally got picked up with the bedding by the cleaning staff and was left behind. Julia’s mother contacted the hotel and shared a picture of Rosie, hoping for the best. There was concern about whether Rosie had survived the laundry process or if she had been discarded.
Fortunately, Rosie was still safe and had not finished her vacation. Hotel staff took photos of Rosie enjoying herself around the hotel, which Julia’s older sister later shared on TikTok, leading to the post going viral. The team at the hotel not only found Rosie but also put in effort to create a fun experience, showing Rosie lounging by the pool, enjoying meals, and resting in bed. They even wrote a letter that they sent along with Rosie, covering the shipping costs.
The letter started with a friendly greeting, explaining that Rosie felt a bit worried when they got separated but was well cared for by the hotel staff. It went on to describe the adventures Rosie had, including sunny mornings and relaxation by the pool, and how she pretended to be a VIP guest. The letter concluded by saying that while the hotel was nice, her favorite place was still with Julia.
