Oh my gosh, you guys, I have to tell you about my amazing Nana and Papa! It’s hard to believe that they’re both turning 88 this year. Can you imagine? They were born just four days apart in the same hospital, but they didn’t actually meet until high school! Talk about fate, right?
Even though they bicker like an old married couple – which, I guess they are – you can see how much love they have for each other. They’ve been together through thick and thin, and their bond is just so inspiring. One funny thing is that my Papa has started growing his very first beard! Nana laughs and says it tickles her when they hug. It’s the little quirks like this that make their relationship so special.
But there’s more to them than just their sweet little moments. They have played such a huge role in my life, especially when I’ve faced tough times. When I was working on becoming a better version of myself, they were right there cheering me on every step of the way. They believed in me when I didn’t even believe in myself. I can’t express how grateful I am to have them in my life. Their love has been a guiding light for me.
