A couple lives near a reservation where there is a problem with cats. Last night, while driving home through the area, the husband noticed a sign that offered free kittens. He decided to check it out, even though it’s a place they know well and might not be the safest choice for others. Soon, he was cuddling with a cat, and then the wife joined in. Before they knew it, they were back in their car and heading home with the new pet. The cat is currently in a short quarantine and will be taken to their family veterinarian soon. The wife had mentioned just a week earlier that she missed having a kitten at home, and they were already pretty much prepared for one. Their two-year-old cat is not happy about the new arrival but is expected to adjust.
