Since Thursday, he has not been feeling well. An emergency vet examined him and mentioned that he might have been hurt during the x-ray, though it could have also happened at home, which is unclear. He potentially has a slipped disc and nerve damage. An MRI is scheduled for tomorrow morning, and if it confirms the slipped disc, he will need surgery. The vet also warned that he could develop fatty liver disease since he hasn’t been eating. This situation is very hard for his owner. They are not religious but plan to pray.
